This program is designed for those wishing to enter the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. The units covered are designed to give practical and theory based skills in refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical work. Although the program is a pre apprenticeship program it also attracts more mature students who may wish to enter the industry as a technician.

Mechanical, operation, and maintenance engineers, technicians who are engaged in or intend to be familiar with rotating equipment systems and their problems are targeted. Also senior staff should update and refresh their knowledge by attending this course.
